Before you write
Where is my order?
Orders are prepared and packed in 2–5 business days. After that, delivery inside the US takes 1–4 business days with USPS, and 2–5 business days with FedEx to Canada, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return, and customers in the EU have an additional 14-day cooling-off period. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Email us first — we will send you the return instructions and the correct address. Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days, though your bank may take a little longer to show it. How do I take it?
Dosage and directions are printed on the label and listed on every product page.
A note on health questions
We are happy to explain what is in a product, how it is made, and what is on the label. What we cannot do is tell you whether a supplement is right for your body. If you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before starting anything new. That is not a formality — it is the honest answer.
